CHANGING THE EMAIL IN THE IT500 PLUS APP
Unfortunately there is no way to change the email on an existing account
The only thing to do is remove the iT500 STA number from the existing account with the old email address
and add it to a new account.
so;
1. Login to your iT500 Plus APP
2. CLICK on the 3 bars at the top right
3. This takes you into the MENU
4. CLICK on MANAGE DEVICES
5. CLICK on DELETE on the relevant device
6. This should remove the iT500 from your old account
7. Then LOGOUT of the old account
8. On the WELCOME screen
9. CLICK on REGISTER
10. Enter your new email address
11. Confirm your new email address
12. Enter the password you want on the new account
13. Confirm the password
14. TICK the tick box to acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions
15. TICK the tick box to acknowledge that you have read and understood the privacy policy
16. Select your preference for the marketing choice
17. CLICK on NEXT
18. An email should be sent to your new email
19. When it arrives follow the instructions in it
20. Once your new account is confirmed
21. Add the STA number to the new account
22. You should now be up and running
