Factory Reset in SALUS 091Pro-RF Thermostat

Sometimes you need to reset the thermostat to factory settings – for example, when changing the user, pairing with a new receiver, fixing setup problems, or after a long time without using the device.

The SALUS 091Pro-RF thermostat allows you to reset all settings quickly and safely.


What does "Factory Reset" mean?

After the reset:

  1. All user settings will be deleted
  2. Schedules, temperatures, and modes return to default
  3. Pairing with the receiver (RX) will be deleted
  4. The thermostat will start like the first time

How to do a Factory Reset?

  1. Make sure the thermostat is in normal mode
  2. Press and hold the FACTORY RESET button for 5 seconds
  3. The screen will ask: “Reset? YES / NO”
  4. Use the arrow buttons to select YES
  5. Press OK to confirm

After a few seconds, the thermostat will restart. You will see a full display test, then the default settings.

Important Notes

  • After reset, you must pair the thermostat again with the receiver (RX)
  • All saved programs and settings will be lost
  • The reset cannot be undone


How to Pair with RX Again?

After reset:

  1. On the receiver (RX), press the PAIR button – green LED will start flashing
  2. On the thermostat: press and hold OK for 5 seconds to enter the service menu
  3. Find the PAIRING option and select YES
  4. Wait for confirmation – green LED on RX will stay ON (solid), system is ready
