How to Change Your Account Email Address

To change the email address linked to your SALUS Premium Lite account, follow one of these methods:

  1. Delete your account:
    Log in to the app, go to Settings (gear icon in the top right corner), then click the arrow next to your username to open your profile. Scroll down and tap “Delete user profile”. After deletion, the gateway will disconnect and can be paired with a new account — all devices and settings will be preserved.

  2. Unregister the gateway:
    Log in to the app and go to: Settings → Devices → All devices → select your gateway. Scroll down and tap “Unregister [gateway name]”. Choose the option “Keep all configuration data on the gateway”, then confirm.
    The gateway will be ready to pair with a new account.

  3. No access to the registered email address:
    If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, you must perform a factory reset on the gateway. This will unregister the device, disconnect it from the account, and erase all paired devices and settings.

    Important:     all devices previously paired with this gateway will be permanently removed from its memory — you will need to pair them again. After the reset, the gateway is ready to be paired with a new account.
