iT500 - Device is already connected.

  iT500 : Device is already Registered / Associated / Connected (6.4.3) .

If when you are trying to register your device to an account you have just created, you get a message stating the “Device is already Registered / Associated / Connected to another user account” then you will need to click on the link below and complete the information requested on the Form to allow us to free the device from the previous owners account.
