iT500 Gateway to 5GBPS Internet Router solution

If you have an IT500 system and it is working

then you have your Internet Router updated

and your IT500 system no longer works with the APP Online

then it may be that your new Internet Router is 100MBPS/5GBPS

The ITG500 Salus Gateway is only 10MBPS

so the 100MBPS of the Router is too fast to communicate with the 10MBPS Gateway

In order to correct this we need a 10MBS/100MBPS Ethernet switch to convert the 10MBPS into 100MBPS

so that the system can communicate with the Internet Router again

if you do a google search for this below

but you must make sure it works down to 10MBPS

and up to at least 100MBPS
