Description :

Pairing establishes a communications link between your iT500 Thermostat and the iT300 Sensor. If your thermostat is failing to show a temperature for Zone 2 and instead displays two dashes (as below), then your devices need pairing.            Please follow the procedure below. 

Pairing Procedure :  

1. Remove the battery cover and insert 2 x AAA Alkaline Batteries into the iT300 Sensor.  

2. Insert a paperclip, pin or similar into the hole on   the left hand side of the sensor for 2 seconds until the red light starts flashing.

3. A red light will flash in the top right hand corner of the sensor.

4. On the thermostat press and hold the cog key  and return key  at the same time.

5. If the device is connected to the internet the globe and WiFi icons will be displayed.

6. If the device is not connected to the internet just the WiFi icon is displayed.

7. Press the tick key  - A 10 minute countdown will begin.

8. On the thermostat, the WiFi Antenna will flash until the devices are successfully paired, at which point the Antenna will remain solid without flashing

9. The red light on the sensor will continue to flash and then eventually time out.

10. Once the WiFi Antenna has stopped flashing your devices are paired even if the 10 minute countdown has not completed. To exit pairing press the return key  until the home screen appears.
