Question: How can I find out the MAC address of the device?
Answer: The IT500 thermostat does not have a MAC address, only an STA code, which must be used to register in the IT500Plus application.
Question: What type of batteries are required?
Answer: The IT500 thermostat requires two AA 1.5V batteries. We recommend alkaline batteries.
Question: Compatibility with additional receivers?
Answer: The IT500 thermostat can be paired with other types of receivers, SR868 (relay) and SPE868 (socket). ATTENTION! These receivers can only be controlled by ZONE1 of the IT500 thermostat.
Question: I would like to purchase the IT500RX receiver separately.
Answer: The receiver can be purchased from SALUS partners, subject to stock availability.
Answer: To register the thermostat in the IT500 Plus app, you need the STA code, which can be found in the battery compartment.

Answer: The flashing blue LED indicates that there is a heat request from the thermostat. This can be stopped by canceling the heat request from the thermostat/application.
Question: The thermostat is connected to another user and I want to connect it to my user.
