Description : The iT500 thermostat can be controlled from the App on your mobile phone, tablet or via the Website on your PC. 

In this document we will look at the procedure to register a new device via the App on your phone or tablet.

1. Locate the iT500 Plus App on your Mobile Phone. 

2. Load the iT500 Plus App and then click ‘Register’ in the bottom right-hand corner. 

3. Fill in your Email address and choose a Password,                                                         

            Read and Press to Accept Terms and Conditions

            Read and Press to Accept Privacy Notice,

            Select whether to receive correspondence from Salus Controls,       

            Then Click the ‘Next’ button.

4. Enter the activation code found in  your email. This needs to be done  within 60 minutes or the code will  expire, and the registration process will fail.                                          Click the ‘Submit’ button to continue the registration process.

6. For the next step you will require your Device Code or STA Number. 

This can be found on a label under the batteries. Remove the battery cover and batteries from the bottom of your thermostat as shown below :-

   

         

7. Enter the complete STA code from your device. Then choose a name for your thermostat. This is for your reference and can be anything you like. Then click ‘submit’ to register the device.

            

         

8. Your registration information is now sent to the Salus Controls Server.

9. Now choose your required option on the ‘Settings’ page.             The darker grey indicates your selection. To continue click ‘Save’.

10. That concludes the registration process. 

You will now be presented with a series of optional ‘Advice’ screens to look through. Alternatively click ‘Skip’ to Finish.
