iT500 - Reset Procedures

 iT500 : Reset Procedures  (5.8.1. 


Description :  The iT500 Thermostat, the iT500RX Receiver and the iTG500 Gateway can all be reset using the procedures below.



Please Note :  A paper clip or similar is required to reset the thermostat and the   receiver.  



Thermostat Factory Reset


                       The reset pinhole for the iT500 is located at the back of the thermostat in the desk mount indentation. The desk mount will need to be removed (if in use) in order to gain access to the pinhole. 


                       Once pressed, the reset will set the thermostat back to its ‘as new’ factory settings, losing all configuration and program schedules.



                         



Thermostat Soft Reset :


In order to perform a soft reset or ‘reboot’ of the device, simply remove one of the batteries for a short period of time and re-insert.




Receiver Reset : 


The reset pinhole is located on the underside of the receiver on the right hand side. 


                        



Gateway Reset :


The Gateway can simply be ‘rebooted’ by removing both cables and leaving them out for a duration of 15 minutes.
