The IT800 is a Smart thermostat with automation and optimization.   It is Boiler Plus compatible.  It includes an RF receiver with a single channel relay, designed to control both heating and cooling systems.  It is not part of Salus Smart Home but users will use the same app - Salus Premium Lite app to control it.  If a user already has Smart Home then adds an additional IT800 (e.g. at an additional property / conservatory / granny flat) the IT800 will appear on the app account as a second “location”.  i.e. same app account but swipe right at the top of the dashboard to see it.

 

The thermostat and receiver arrive factory paired and will work locally out of the box.  They communicate via Zigbee 2.4GHz.  To gain app control or add SR600 / SP600, however, you need to download the Salus Premium Lite app and, using Bluetooth from your phone, connect the thermostat to your home Wi-Fi using the app set-up wizard.

  

You can add additional devices such as SP600 or SR600 (up to 16 in total) which will switch on at the same time, so you could control multiple electrical heaters from one thermostat for example.
