Re-pair with Salus SR868

To re-pair the thermostat from the RT310i system with the Salus SR868 type receiver then follow the steps below:



1. Ensure that the Thermostat and Receiver are more than 1 metre apart during this process.

2. Turn off the supply to the receiver  at the mains power source for at least 5 seconds before turning it back on.

3. Press and hold the SYNC button. After 5 seconds the red LED will flash once per second to indicate it is ready for receiving pairing signal. The relay will remain in this mode for 12 minutes

4. With your thermostat over a metre away from the receiver, pull down the slide cover on the front of the thermostat to reveal the Test / Pairing button.

5. Using a paperclip or similar, press and hold this button until you see SY9 displayed.

6. Your devices will then try to pair; once successful, the receiver light should stop flashing and turn solid red.


7. Press and hold the Test/Pairing button until it returns to time and temperature display.

To test if they are paired successfully, press the Test/Pairing button once; 'TE9' should be displayed if you have a good communication link between your devices.

If they do not link properly after these steps, ensure there is nothing obstructing communication (like walls or furniture) or try moving your thermostat closer to your receiver for better signal strength.
