Recommended Temperature Settings for Underfloor Heating

Recommended Temperature Settings for Underfloor Heating

The ideal temperature settings depend on the purpose of the room and the user's comfort preferences. Below are general guidelines:

Comfort Mode:

  • Living areas (living room, dining room, kitchen):
    • 21–22°C – comfortable for daily activities.
  • Bedrooms:
    • 19–20°C – slightly cooler temperatures support better sleep quality.
  • Bathrooms:
    • 23–24°C – higher temperatures offer comfort, especially when walking barefoot.

Eco Mode (night / absence):

  1. Reduce the temperature by 2–3°C compared to comfort mode to save energy without compromising comfort.

Note:

Underfloor heating has high thermal inertia – changes in temperature take time to become noticeable. For best results, maintain a consistent temperature rather than frequently adjusting it.
