How do I change the RF Address Codes on my RT300RF ?

  1. At the back of the thermostat there are five black jumpers numbered 1 to 5.
  2. For example, take 2 and 4 out of the thermostat, turn the power of at the boiler.
  3. Take the receiver off the wall.
  4. Behind the receiver there are 5 switches 1 to 5 put 2 and 4 down.
  5. Put the receiver back onto the wall.
  6. Turn the power back on for the boiler.
  7. Press reset on the thermostat this will change the frequency.


What setting should my receiver be on to work with my thermostat?

The receiver should be on the auto setting (manual is the override)

My heating comes on at random times... Why?

I’ve put the same time in twice on my programs... is that OK?

Your RT500RF does not recognise the same time twice, please change the time by at least Ten minutes for the unit to work correctly.


How do I replace the batteries in my RT500RF or RT300RF?

  1. RT500RF open the door on the right-hand side and pull the flap down to the battery compartment.
  2. RT300RF pull the right-hand side of the case to open the battery compartment.


If your product is the RT500RF, open the door on the right-hand side and pull the flap down to the battery compartment. Replace 1 battery at a time and your programme will save.


Do you have an app for RT500RF of RT300RF?

No, The RT300 & RT500RF are not Internet thermostats and do not require an app.


My heating will not go higher than 5 degrees... why?

You are in frost mode, please deactivate by pressing the Frost Key and the frost symbol will disappear.
