Description : The RT310i thermostat can be controlled from the App on your mobile phone, tablet or via the Website on your PC. 

In this document we will look at the procedure to register a new device via the App on your phone or tablet.

1. Locate the RT310i App on your Mobile Phone. 

2. Load the RT310i App and then click ‘Register’ in the bottom right-hand corner. 

3. Fill in your Email address and choose a Password,                                                    Read and Press to Accept Terms and Conditions,

            Read and Press to Accept Privacy Notice,

            Select whether to receive correspondence from Salus Controls,       

            Then Click the ‘Next’ button. 

You will now receive an email containing your ‘activation code’.                                       This is needed to activate your new account.

4. Enter the activation code found in your email. This needs to be done within 60 minutes or the code will expire, and the registration process will fail.                                           Click the ‘Submit’ button to continue the registration process. 

          

5. Fill in your personal details and click ‘Next’.

6. For the next step you will require your Device Code or SRT Number.   This can be found on a label under the batteries. Remove the battery cover by sliding the front bottom section down as shown below :-

  

7. Enter the complete SRT code from your device. Then choose a name for your thermostat. This is for your reference and can be anything you like. Then click ‘submit’ to register the device.

         

8. Your registration information is now sent to the Salus Controls Server.     Please wait at this stage, do not refresh the page, this may take a few minutes. 

         

9. Now choose your required options on the ‘Settings’ page. The darker grey indicates your selection. Ensure Optimized start is switched OFF.       

           To continue click ‘Save’.
