RT310RF or RT310 batteries are draining quickly
If the batteries in the RT310RF or RT310 are draining quickly, then try the following steps to remedy it.
Fully remove the batteries from the device and leave for a minimum of 30 minutes. If possible leave for longer.
Make sure the batteries you are using are good quality Alkaline AA batteries, not Zinc or rechargeable.
Fit the batteries ensuring the polarity is correct.
Your thermostat screen should re-appear again and work as expected.
If your thermostat does not start working after performing this procedure then please contact the Salus support team directly.
