RT510TX – Heating not working although the flame is showing (re-pairing)

Q: The heating is not working even though the flame is showing.

The thermostat and receiver will need re-pairing:

  • Ensure the receiver switches are set to Auto and On.
  • Turn OFF the boiler at the mains switch on the wall for 30 seconds.
  • Turn the boiler back on – the receiver lights should briefly flash, then settle on a solid red light.
  • Quickly flick the receiver switch from its ON position to OFF and back to ON, to get the red flashing light.
  • On the thermostat, hold the test / pairing button down to get SYNC10 on screen.
  • Ensure you are at least a metre away from the receiver.
  • After a few seconds the red flashing light should turn solid.
  • Hold the test / pairing button down again to get back to the main screen.
