RT510TX – Heating not working although the flame is showing (re-pairing)
Q: The heating is not working even though the flame is showing.
The thermostat and receiver will need re-pairing:
- Ensure the receiver switches are set to Auto and On.
- Turn OFF the boiler at the mains switch on the wall for 30 seconds.
- Turn the boiler back on – the receiver lights should briefly flash, then settle on a solid red light.
- Quickly flick the receiver switch from its ON position to OFF and back to ON, to get the red flashing light.
- On the thermostat, hold the test / pairing button down to get SYNC10 on screen.
- Ensure you are at least a metre away from the receiver.
- After a few seconds the red flashing light should turn solid.
- Hold the test / pairing button down again to get back to the main screen.
