Common Issue: Gateway Disconnecting from Internet Problem:
The UGE600 gateway frequently loses internet connection, changing LED color from green to red. No error messages are shown in the app.
Possible Causes & Solutions:
- Weak WiFi Signal
- Move the gateway closer to the router.
- Avoid interference from walls or appliances.
- Double-check the WiFi name (SSID) and password – they are case-sensitive.
- Unstable Internet (Router)
- Test the connection with another device (e.g., smartphone).
- Restart the router and the UGE600.
- Make sure your router has DHCP enabled.
- Power Supply Issues
- Use the original power adapter and check the cable.
- Ensure stable power from the outlet.
- Outdated Firmware
- Open the app and check if an update is available.
- If needed, run the update using the OTA (cloud) icons.
- SALUS Cloud Server Downtime (Rare)
- If the issue is widespread or persistent, contact SALUS support.
Factory Reset UGE600
If all else fails:
- Press and hold the gateway’s button for 15 seconds.
- The LED will turn solid – indicating reset completion.
- All settings and paired devices will be erased.
- Begin configuration from step one.
