SR600 - FAQs

Question: Can SR600 be used outside?
Answer: SR600 relays are not suitable for environments where extreme moisture or humidity can occur. The device has an IP rating of IP30

Question: The app doesn't turn my hot water on in line with the schedule, and when I override it on it clicks off?
Answer: An SR600 used for hot water control should not also be linked to a thermostat. If it is, the thermostat's demand will override the relay's scheduling. For hot water relay control it is usual to just run a schedule on the SR600 smart relay from the app, or control it with One Touch Rules.

Question: How do I mount the Salus SR868 relay?
Answer: The relay can be mounted inside a wall box Ø 60mm - we recommend using deep wall boxes. Alternatively, you can mount it on a DIN rail using the DRC-1 mount: DRC-1 Mechanical DIN Rail Mounting Accessory.
