ST620WBC – Receiver won't go into pairing mode

Q: I cannot get the ST620WBC receiver into pairing mode.

  • Ensure the receiver switch is set to the Auto position (the hollow circle).
  • Turn the boiler off at the mains power switch for 10 seconds.
  • When it comes back on, wait 10 seconds, then press and hold the sync button on the receiver until the red light starts flashing.
  • On the thermostat, press OK to enter the menu, slide the wheel around until you reach ‘Pair’, then press OK until you see ‘10 Sending’.
  • The red light on the receiver should go out after a few seconds – the devices should now be paired.
