What kind of batteries should I use ?

Your Window / Door Sensor is fitted with 1 x CR2 Lithium Battery.

Can I use the SW600 outside ?

The SW600 is designed for internal use only and must not be fitted externally.

Can I use the SW600 to help me be more energy efficient ?

Yes, the SW600 can be linked to your Smart Home Thermostat and Smart TRV’s to automatically turn off the heating in a room if the window is opened .
