TS600 - FAQs

Question: How do I update firmware on the TS600?
Answer: The universal gateway manages Firmware updates automatically and only applies them when needed.



Question: How do I reset and re-pair TS600 with Salus Gateway?
Answer: IF the device has previously been paired then perform a factory reset
To perform a reset, press and hold the touch button for  10 seconds. 
The LED will turn red for 5 seconds. TS600 will leave any network and reset. 
Once completed, the TS600 will re-enter pairing mode.



Question: Can I sue my TS6t00 thermostat with Salus Sense?
Answer: Salus sense will only work with Quantum thermostats as well as the VS10, VS20 and Elypso models
