UG600 LED is not turning blue as expected?

Some UG600 may require a software update before they can be used on the app.

Plug in the UG600 and connect to the router and make sure your phone with our app is connected to the same router.

Wait a couple minutes for the gateway to finish turning on and being ready. The LED may be blue, or possibly stay green

In the app do not log in - instead choose local Wi-Fi mode

The app will now search for and populate any local gateways it can see

Select your gateway from the populated list (based on the LAN number)

To confirm this gateway, enter the EUID number (or scan it from the top left QR code)

After the UG is found, the UG will appear on screen and the app takes to a dashboard page.

Click on the cog icon in the upper right corner of the background image. then perform a “Scan my home” (cogwheel icon)

The UG will poll for any updates available and show them as cloud icons on the scan results.

The blue updates must be done before the green security update.

Only click on one update, then wait for the data to be downloaded, unpacked and installed to the UG.

Once compete, run scan my home again and click on the second blue update and wait for the process to completed.

Then when the second is complete, run scan my home and install the final green cloud update which is the Security Update.

Only when all three are completed will the LED become blue and you can follow the usual instructions to add the UG to your own account
