VS20WRF - FAQs

Question: Whenever we try to decrease the temperature on the VS20WRF thermostat, it goes back up?
Answer: A digital thermostat from Salus Controls will show the current room temperature. When you make an adjustment and turn it up or down, the display will show you the new desired set point for a few seconds, then revert back to showing the current room temperature.
Tapping the up or down arrow just once will show what the setpoint on the thermostat is.
