Step 1: Check for app update

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Search: RT310i

3. If update is available – tap “Update”

Step 2: Clear app data

1. Go to Phone Settings → Apps

2. Find RT310i

3. Tap “Force stop”

4. Go to Storage → Clear data and cache

5. Try to open the app again

Step 3: Reinstall the app

1. Uninstall the RT310i app

2. Restart your phone

3. Download it again from Google Play

4. Log in with your account

Step 4: Connect your device

1. Add your thermostat again in the app if needed

2. Device code is inside the battery box (SRT…)
