Q: iT500 – I can't connect the device to my account?
The iT500 has a unique device code, located on a label inside the battery compartment. It is this full code that must be linked with your iT500 Plus app account. Once the registration is completed and your thermostat is online, it will be visible in your app.
If instead you receive a message that the device is already registered / associated / connected to another account, this is a different situation – see: iT500 - Device is already connected.
