Question: How to access the system via web browser?
Answer: To access the system via web browser, go to the Connected–Solution website and log in using the same credentials as in the SALUS Premium Lite mobile app.
Question: My SQ610RF battery is empty – what should I do?
Answer: SQ610RF devices contain a built-in, non-replaceable battery. If the battery is discharged, connect a Micro USB charger to the port on the bottom edge of the device.
If the device doesn’t charge:
– check the port for dust or debris,
– make sure the charger is working properly.
If the issue persists, contact SALUS technical support.

Question: Is the TS600 thermostat compatible with the Salus Premium Lite app?
Answer: Yes, the TS600 thermostat is fully compatible with the Salus Premium Lite app. It uses ZigBee 2.4GHz wireless technology and connects to the UGE600 or UG800 gateway, enabling remote control and integration with other devices in the system.
Question: What does error 06 on the thermostat mean?
Answer: Error 06 means there are multiple active notifications or errors.

Question: SQ610RF is displaying 02 connectivity lost Error message on screen?
Answer: There can be several reason for this but the most common is if the thermostat and gateway are too far apart for a reliable connection. Move the devices closer together or install additional mains powered devices to boost the signal, such as the RE600 repeater.
Question: I cannot set the SQ610RF temperature higher than 35 degrees?
Answer: The SQ610RF by default is set with a range of 5C - 35C in heating. You can change the max set point to 40C in the app under the individual SQ610RF units Advance settings using the “Maximum Setpoint for Heating” field.
Question: Can I shorten the length of the floor prob wire?
Answer: Cutting the cable shorter reduces resistance slightly, but the effect over a few metres is tiny compared to the thermistor’s own resistance.
In practice, shortening from (say) 3 m to 1.5 m will not change the temperature reading in any meaningful way.
Question: Is the iT500 receiver compatible with the SQ610RF?
Answer: No, the iT500 receiver iT500RX is not compatible with any other model thermostats, it is compatible only with same model iT500 thermostat.
Question: How do I unlock the display of the SQ610RF?
Answer: You can lock and unlock the SQ610RF by holding the Up and Down arrow together for 5 seconds till the padlock symbol appears.
Question: How do I pair the SQ610RF thermostat with the controller?
Answer: The SQ610RF is a smart home thermostat, all smart home devices link through a hub/gateway.
You connect the SQ610RF to the UG800 gateway and during the setup stage you assign device to device you want it to switch.
Question: Where is the hysteresis option in the SQ610RF?
Answer: On the SQ610RF thermostat you can access the hysteresis option in Settings > Admin Settings > Heat Control Algorithm.
In the app you can access it under the SQ610RF device Settings (Cog) > Advance settings (bottom) > Control Algorithm.
Question: My SQ610 and SQ610RF screen flashed for a time during the night.
Answer:
Salus Smart devices are continuously improved, to make sure they remain up to date, safe and secure.
Sometimes these updates require devices to be reset, which can make their screens light up for a short time.
You can check for any updates and start them yourself.
On the app dashboard screen, click the cog icon in the upper right corner of the image.
Then click the Scan My Home button.
The system will check for updates, any devices with them will have a cloud icon.
Click the cloud to begin an update. This can take quite some time, so do be patient
When compete, the scan my home cloud icon will turn off.

What does it mean when my thermostat is saying “Go to the smart home app”?
Answer:
The “Go to the smart home app” means the thermostat (SQ610 or SQ610RF) has been added to your account but has not been setup. You need to assign what the thermostat will control to finish the setup.
If you skipped the setup step when adding the thermostat, you can finish the setup by going in app:
Menu -> Equipment -> All Equipment -> select the thermostat -> press the Cog symbol for settings -> you will be prompted to select a device you want the thermostat to control – resuming the setup. After finishing the setup, the thermostat will display the time and temperature.
Question:
SQ610RF – how to copy settings and schedules.
Answer:
In the Salus smart home app you can copy an existing device settings and schedules to a new, same model, device. You will not be able to copy to a different model type due to different settings being available.
This option is available when Saving settings, when you press Save you will get a prompt to change settings for all, same model only, devices or just this individual device.
Connect and assign your new device. In the app open a device setting, whose settings you want to copy, and change any of its setting to a different value and back to original value – making Save button available. Press Save and you will get a choice to apply these device settings to all, same model, devices or just this individual one, select Change all devices.
To copy a schedule, use the “Duplicate schedule” option found in the app, under the device Schedule edit screen - where you create and edit schedules.

No, the SQ610RF does not support multiple independent zones, while you can connect the SQ610RF to multiple devices at the same time, they all will trigger (turn on/off) simultaneously.
