Question: App shows different values than the ones set for RS600
Answer: If the RS600 app shows different values than the ones set, please contact SALUS technical support – a firmware update may be required.  



Question: Can individual components from a set be purchased?
Answer: No, we do not sell individual components or parts of devices that are only available as part of a set. 



Question: Can I install the SQ610/SQ610RF thermostat in a bathroom?
Answer: No, these thermostats have an IP30 rating and should not be installed in damp areas or where they may come into contact with water. 



Question: The Smart Home app doesn’t work – what should I do?
Answer:
 The Smart Home app is no longer supported. Download the new SALUS Premium Lite app and log in with the same credentials. If your account hasn’t been migrated, contact technical support.



Question: How to access the system via web browser?
Answer:
 To access the system via web browser, go to the Connected–Solution website and log in using the same credentials as in the SALUS Premium Lite mobile app.



Question: My SQ610RF battery is empty – what should I do?
Answer: SQ610RF devices contain a built-in, non-replaceable battery. If the battery is discharged, connect a Micro USB charger to the port on the bottom edge of the device.
If the device doesn’t charge:
      – check the port for dust or debris,
      – make sure the charger is working properly.
If the issue persists, contact SALUS technical support.



Question: How can I contact SALUS technical support?
Answer:
 We currently do not offer live phone support. To receive assistance, please submit a request via the contact form or email. Your inquiry will be forwarded to our technical support team, and we’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible.



Question: My One Touch rules don't work – what should I do?
Answer:
 If your device doesn’t respond to a One Touch rule, verify the following:
      – the correct device has been selected,
      – rule conditions are set properly and are achievable,
      – there’s no conflict with another rule (e.g., one rule turns the device on at 21°C while another turns it off at the same temperature).
Edit or remove conflicting rules and save the updated settings.



Question: Is the TS600 thermostat compatible with the Salus Premium Lite app?
Answer:
 Yes, the TS600 thermostat is fully compatible with the Salus Premium Lite app. It uses ZigBee 2.4GHz wireless technology and connects to the UGE600 or UG800 gateway, enabling remote control and integration with other devices in the system.



Question: What does error 06 on the thermostat mean?
Answer:
 Error 06 means there are multiple active notifications or errors.
To view the list:
      – Press the “OK” button on the thermostat,
      – Scroll through the messages using the up/down arrows.



Question: SQ610RF does not reconnect after charging
Answer: If the SQ610RF thermostat does not reconnect to the gateway or system after charging, try the following:      
       Make sure the device is turned on and fully charged.
       Check that the gateway is working properly and connected to the internet.
       Restart both the thermostat and the gateway.
       If the connection does not restore, enable pairing mode and add the device to the system again.
       If the issue persists, contact technical support.



Question: 
Pairing mode after startup
Answer:
After the first startup and language selection, the thermostat automatically enters pairing mode. At this point, it must be added to the network (locally or online).



Question: 
Resetting your password
Answer:
If you forgot your password:
      - On the login screen, click “Forgot password?”.
      - Enter the email address linked to your account.
      - Click “Email confirmation code” to receive reset instructions.



Question: Charging the SQ610RF battery
Answer: If the SQ610RF shows a low battery:
      - Connect the charger to the bottom of the device.
      - The thermostat has a built-in (non-replaceable) battery that only needs recharging.



Question: 
Adding a new thermostat
Answer:
After starting up and selecting a language, the thermostat enters pairing mode.
You can add it:
      - Locally: enable pairing mode on the coordinator/gateway, then configure the thermostat step by step.
      - Online: App → Menu → All devices → Add new device → Search devices → select the thermostat and configure it.



Question: 
Operating modes
Answer: After setting the schedule, you can select the operating mode:
      - According to schedule.
      - Manual mode (fixed temperature).
      - Standby.
      - Select the mode by clicking the operating mode icon on the thermostat tile.



Question: 
OpenTherm compatibility
Answer: The SQ610RF thermostat is not compatible with OpenTherm.



Question: Mounting SQ610RF on the wall
Answer: Use the included mounting plate to install the SQ610RF on the wall.
You can fix it with:
     
      - mounting screws,      
      - or double-sided tape.
All necessary components are included.



Question: Controlling SR600
Answer: After pairing SQ610/SQ610RF with SR600:
      - When the thermostat sends a heating/cooling signal → Smart Relay turns on.
      - When no signal is sent → Smart Relay turns off.
      - For advanced control, you can create OneTouch rules



Question: Displaying humidity
Answer:
 The SQ610/SQ610RF thermostat measures humidity and displays it:
      - in the app (on the left side of the tile),
      - or on the device (depending on settings).
      - You can adjust visibility in: Device menu → User settings → show/hide.



Question: Operating mode – standalone vs. with control unit
Answer:
If the device works standalone:
      - select the mode by clicking the heating/cooling icon in the app.
If the thermostat is connected to a control unit:      
      - the heating/cooling signal is managed by the control unit.



Question: Unable to unlock the device
Answer:
If you are unable to unlock the device, please contact technical support using the request form.
